Here's how it works. You sign up, you accept email offers, you get 3 emails a day. Each email contains 2 offers you can complete. By clicking on the link for the offer, you automatically get 25 points. By completing the offer you get the amount shown in the email. Then, you wait for it to credit to your account. You also earn tokens that you can cash out within the site for discounts and gift cards for various businesses.
When you sign up, you get a referral link (mine is below), and you get 5% of whatever your referrals earn. You can post this link anywhere, send it via email, or do whatever you want to it. Your member number is embedded in it, so when someone signs up through it, you automatically get linked to their account.

12/16/2009 I have now cashed out 2 more times for a total of $10. This site continues to provide new earning opportunities and new surveys. I definitely recommend it!!!!!
