Payout: 1 cent per click (up to 2 cents for certain ads for paid members).

Cashout Minimum: $50 dollars, can be requested as soon as you meet the minimum amount, or can be maintained in your account until you feel like cashing out.
MY EARNINGS TO DATE: $15.60
Additional note: This site lets you purchase referrals, people who did not sign up under another member. The prices run roughly $1 per referral, but there are discounts for purchasing in bulk (100-500 referrals at a time). Once you "purchase" someone, that person remains under you permanently and you earn a percentage of their earnings, which boosts your own income.
Rating / confidence in the site: 7- I won't give it a perfect score because I haven't cashed out yet, but I'm thinking this one is legit. My recent payment for referrals credited quickly and the referrals I got have been active. There's a number of payment proofs on the site (I know, this doesn't necessarily mean anything), from people who seems to speak English fairly fluently, and the company is located within the USA.

12/10/2009 UPDATE: I reached the $50 minimum for payout and requested it. I'm still waiting for the money as of 12/16/2009. Will let everyone know if it actualy comes through.
